All deliverables—such as code, designs, reports, dashboards, and AI models—are shared electronically via:

  • Email or shared project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana)
  • Direct deployment on client servers or domains (as applicable)

Delivery Timelines

Project timelines are outlined and agreed upon during the project onboarding process. We make every effort to adhere to the committed delivery dates, but delivery may vary based on:

  • Client response times and feedback
  • Scope changes or additional requirements
  • Technical complexities or third-party dependencies

You will be kept informed at every stage of the process, and regular updates will be shared throughout the project lifecycle.

Delays & Revisions

In the rare event of a delay, our team will promptly communicate the reasons and revised timelines. We aim to deliver all projects on time and with the highest level of quality. Revisions and scope changes may affect delivery schedules and will be discussed transparently.

No Physical Shipping

As we do not deal in physical products, there are:

  • No shipping charges
  • No tracking numbers
  • No returns or exchanges related to physical goods
